  THIS AFTERNOON.

* WAVES: 4 TO 8 FEET EARLY THIS MORNING WILL SUBSIDE THROUGH THE
  DAY THURSDAY...FALLING BELOW 4 FEET IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON
  HOURS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
