* FREEZING SPRAY: MODERATE FREEZING SPRAY IS EXPECTED IN ICE FREE
  AREAS SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND INTO SUNDAY NIGHT.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
