THURSDAY...THIS WILL SET UP AND GUSTY SOUTHEAST WIND REGIME. LOOK
FOR GUSTS TO REACH OR EXCEED 25 KNOTS WITH WAVES AS HIGH AS

  MORNING THURSDAY. A FEW GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS POSSIBLE.

* WAVES: 1 TO 3 FEET...BUILDING TO 3 TO 6 FEET.
