  SUSTAINED WINDS OF UP TO 18 KNOTS FROM THE WEST...WITH GUSTS
  UP TO 22 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE
  6 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 9 FEET POSSIBLE.
