ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR DEWITT TO NEAR WAVERLY. MOVEMENT WAS
EAST AT 35 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
