NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. A QUICK INCH
OF RAIN IS ALSO POSSIBLE WITH SOME STREET FLOODING EXPECTED.
