.CLEARING SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS HAVE ALLOWED FOR DENSE FOG TO
DEVELOP OVERNIGHT. THE FOG WILL CONTINUE TO BE VERY DENSE WITH
VISIBILITIES UNDER ONE QUARTER MILE IN SOME LOCATIONS. THE FOG
WILL SLOWLY LIFT BY LATE MORNING. SOME SITES MAY SEE FOG LINGER INTO
THE AFTERNOON.

  LESS WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE AREA. THE FOG WILL BE VERY
  DENSE WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY IN SOME PLACES.

* IMPACTS...THE FOG WILL HAVE AN IMPACT ON DRIVING TODAY.
