KANSAS WILL CONTINUE TO TRANSITION THE FREEZING RAIN TO RAIN OVER
EASTERN IOWA AND NORTHWEST ILLINOIS EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.
UNTREATED ROADS AND SIDEWALKS WILL BE SLICK UNTIL TEMPERATURES
REACH THE MID 30S...MELTING THE LIGHT COATING OF ICE THAT
ACCUMULATED OVERNIGHT INTO THIS MORNING.
