AT 1218 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM DOWNTOWN FORT
WAYNE TO DECATUR TO DELPHOS...MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

PEA SIZE HAIL...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. BECAUSE OF THEIR SLOW
MOVEMENT...RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR ARE EXPECTED.
THIS MAY LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. SHOULD THESE
STORMS PERSIST LONGER THAN AN HOUR OR TWO IN THE SAME GENERAL
LOCATION...ADDITIONAL FLOODING PROBLEMS COULD DEVELOP OVERNIGHT.
