...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM EDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the
  following counties, Pulaski and Rockcastle.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1001 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mount Vernon, Willailla, Quail, Level Green, Bromo, Bandy,
    Bee Lick, Ottowa, Wabp, Spiro, Woodstock, Maretburg,
    Hansford, Sand Springs, Wellhope, Burr and Eubank.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
