WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES IS CENTERED OVER
MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL SLOWLY BUILD TO THE OHIO
VALLEY BY THURSDAY. MEANWHILE...A 29.9 INCH LOW IS OVER FAR
NORTHERN MANITOBA THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL MOVE TO JAMES BAY
THURSDAY WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT PUSHING ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN
THURSDAY EVENING AND THURSDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER HIGH OF 30.2 INCHES
WILL BUILD INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST FRIDAY THEN SPREAD ACROSS THE
GREAT LAKES OVER THE WEEKEND.
