WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES CENTERED SOUTHEAST OF
JAMES BAY...AND EXTENDING SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES...WILL
SHIFT EAST TO NEW ENGLAND BY MIDDAY SUNDAY. MEANWHILE...FARTHER
WEST...AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN
MANITOBA...WILL SHIFT EAST NORTHEAST ACROSS FAR NORTHERN ONTARIO
TONIGHT. THIS LOW WILL FILL TO 29.8 INCHES SUNDAY AS IT MOVES OVER
JAMES BAY WHILE TRAILING A COLD FRONT SOUTHWEST ACROSS NORTHERN
LAKE MICHIGAN AND THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. A WEAKER LOW
PRESSURE WAVE OF 29.9 INCHES WILL PROPAGATE NORTHEAST ALONG THE
COLD FRONT SUNDAY NIGHT...CROSSING LAKE MICHIGAN MIDDAY MONDAY AND
PULLING THE COLD FRONT EAST OF THE LAKE BY EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE
OF 30.2 INCHES WILL THEN SPREAD FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE
WESTERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT.
