IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW IS JUST OFF THE SOUTHEAST U.S. COAST
WHILE A LARGE 30.6 INCH HIGH IS CENTERED OVER THE EASTERN PLAINS.
THE HIGH BECOMES CENTERED OVER THE LAKE AT 30.4 INCHES SATURDAY
EVENING AND THEN REACHES THE SOUTHEAST U.S. MONDAY MORNING. A 29.7
INCH LOW FORMS OVER THE PLAINS SUNDAY NIGHT AND DEEPENS TO 29.3
INCHES AS IT MOVES OVER JAMES BAY TUESDAY NIGHT. THE LOW ALSO
DRAGS A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE TUESDAY. A SECOND WEAKER LOW OF
29.9 INCHES PASSES OVER THE LAKE THURSDAY EVENING...THEN A 30.3
INCH HIGH MOVES OVER THE LAKE THURSDAY NIGHT.
