.DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms will be possible on Friday around the
Mid-South as a cold front slowly moves south across the region.
High temperatures will be in the upper 80s. Cooler and drier
conditions ensue for the weekend, with daily highs in the low to
mid 80s. Dry conditions will continue through midweek, with
temperatures remaining cooler than average.
