RIVER THIS EVENING AND THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE MIDSOUTH THROUGH
THE OVERNIGHT. WIDESPREAD WETTING RAINS ARE EXPECTED...WITH NORTHEAST
MISSISSIPPI LIKELY SEEING THE HIGHEST RAIN AMOUNTS BY LATE MONDAY. DRIER
AND COLDER AIR WILL SPREAD THROUGH THE REGION MONDAY NIGHT AND PERSIST
THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL LIKELY SEE SUBFREEZING
TEMPERATURES ACROSS MUCH OF THE MIDSOUTH...PARTICULARLY IN VALLEYS
WHERE CALM WINDS ARE MOST LIKELY TO PREVAIL.
