This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of East Arkansas...
the Missouri Bootheel...North Mississippi...and West Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Heat indices of 104 to 109 degrees are forecast across the entire
Midsouth today. A Heat Advisory is in effect through early this
evening.

Although widespread severe weather is not expected, an isolated
storm may produce damaging winds and brief heavy rain leading to
localized flash flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

On Friday, widespread severe weather is not expected.  Nevertheless,
a few storms may produce damaging winds and brief heavy rain leading
to localized flash flooding, mainly across north Mississippi.

Spotter activation is not anticipated.
