WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS....LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO
WILL LIFT NORTH WHILE A SECOND LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OF 29.7 INCHES
OVER SOUTHERN MINNESOTA MOVES OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES. THIS
LOW WILL CONTINUE TO ONTARIO AND WESTERN QUEBEC TONIGHT INTO
TUESDAY...WITH A FRONTAL BOUNDARY DROPPING SOUTH DOWN THE LAKE
EARLY TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD EAST
ACROSS THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES THROUGH WEDNESDAY AND THEN CONTINUE
TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY NIGHT...WHILE WEAK LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES MOVES ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
AND SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES REGION. THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN AS IT MOVES
EAST ON THURSDAY...WITH A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.0
INCHES EXPECTED TO MOVE EAST THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY.
