THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST-CENTRAL ARIZONA AND
SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

A WET PACIFIC LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BRING LOCALLY
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN TO SOUTH CENTRAL ARIZONA BEGINNING
THURSDAY NIGHT...CONTINUING THROUGH FRIDAY AND INTO THE DAY ON
SATURDAY. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL IS LIKELY TO OCCUR DURING THE DAY
FRIDAY. RAINFALL STORM TOTAL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF ONE INCH ARE
POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY ACROSS HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS TO THE NORTH AND EAST
OF PHOENIX. RAINFALL MAY BE SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE WASHES TO RUN HEAVILY
AND LEAD TO SOME FLOODING OF ROADS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS.
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ON FRIDAY...AND ANY STORM THAT
DEVELOPS WOULD PRODUCE ENHANCED RAINFALL TOTALS.
