...Rises in river and stream levels likely due to snowmelt
from near record highs today...

With afternoon temperatures near or above record highs for today,
there is the potential for quickly melting snow to occur at higher
elevations. This snowmelt could cause minor flooding problems for
small streams and creeks that flow out of the mountains later this
afternoon through this evening.

If you plan to work or recreate near waterways this weekend, please
be aware that creeks, streams, and rivers will likely be running
high due to the unseasonably warm weather.
