   AMZ100-242015-  400 AM EST Fri Nov 24 2017    .Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...  High pressure will extend over the area through tonight with  low pressure moving across to the south and southeast. A dry  cold front will move through from the northwest Saturday night.  High pressure will build in from the west Sunday and Monday and  will extend over through Wednesday.    $$
   AMZ158-242015-  S of Cape Lookout to N of Surf City NC out 20 nm-  400 AM EST Fri Nov 24 2017    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING    TODAY  NE winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft,  except around 3 ft near shore. Dominant period 9 seconds. Adjacent  sounds and rivers choppy, diminishing to a moderate chop this  afternoon. A slight chance of showers early this morning.  TONIGHT  N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft, subsiding to 3 to  5 ft after midnight. Near shore, seas 2 to 3 ft. Dominant period  9 seconds. Adjacent sounds and rivers a moderate chop.  SAT  NW winds around 10 kt, becoming W in the afternoon. Seas 3 to  5 ft, except 2 to 3 ft near shore. Dominant period 9 seconds.  Adjacent sounds and rivers light chop, increasing to a moderate chop  in the afternoon. A slight chance of showers in the morning.  SAT NIGHT  W winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming NW 15 to 20 kt after  midnight. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Dominant period 8 seconds. Adjacent sounds  and rivers a moderate chop, increasing to choppy after midnight.  SUN  N winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt in the  afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Adjacent sounds and rivers choppy,  diminishing to a moderate chop in the afternoon.  SUN NIGHT  N winds around 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Adjacent sounds  and rivers light chop.  MON  NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Adjacent sounds and  rivers light chop.  TUE  E winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming S. Seas around 2 ft. Adjacent  sounds and rivers light chop.    $$
