   ANZ338-220515-  New York Harbor-  1152 AM EST Tue Nov 21 2017    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING    THIS AFTERNOON  SW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.  Waves around 2 ft.  TONIGHT  SW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt,  diminishing to 10 to 15 kt after midnight. Waves 2 to 3 ft. Rain  likely after midnight.  WED  NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Waves 1 ft or  less, then around 2 ft in the afternoon.  WED NIGHT  N winds 10 to 15 kt. Gusts up to 25 kt in the  evening. Waves around 2 ft in the evening, then 1 ft or less.  THU  NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming W in the afternoon. Waves  1 ft or less.  THU NIGHT  W winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 1 ft or less.  FRI  W winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 1 ft or less.  FRI NIGHT  SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 1 ft or less.  SAT  SW winds around 10 kt.
