   ANZ500-190900-  1233 PM EST Sun Feb 18 2018      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...    High pressure will build over the area this afternoon and move  offshore tonight. A warm front will cross the region on Monday,  bringing unseasonably warm conditions. A cold front approaches the  mid-Atlantic by the middle of the work week, and stalls near the  region at the end of the week. Small Craft Advisories may be needed  Tuesday through Thursday.    $$
