High pressure builds across the waters Tuesday, and slides  off the coast on Wednesday.    $$

Mainly S swell with a dominant period of 6 seconds.  A slight chance of rain after midnight. Patchy fog after midnight  with vsby 1 to 3 NM.  MON  N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Mainly SE swell with a  dominant period of 6 seconds. A chance of rain in the morning.  MON NIGHT  N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 2 ft. Mainly NE  swell with a dominant period of 6 seconds.  TUE  N winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming E in the afternoon. Seas  around 2 ft. Mainly E swell with a dominant period of 6 seconds.  TUE NIGHT  S winds 5 kt, increasing to 10 kt after midnight.  Seas around 2 ft.  WED  S winds 10 kt. Seas around 2 ft.  WED NIGHT  S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Showers likely  after midnight.  THU  SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Showers likely.  THU NIGHT  SE winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming S late in the  evening, then becoming W after midnight, increasing to 15 to  20 kt late. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Showers likely.    $$
