   GMZ500-GMZ501-102130-  354 AM CDT Fri May 10 2024      .SYNOPSIS FOR PASCAGOULA TO ATCHAFALAYA RIVER OUT 60 NM...    A cold front will pass through the coastal waters early Friday.  Winds will shift to the north for Friday night. By Saturday, high  pressure will be firmly over the waters with lighter and more  variable winds expected. Another area of low pressure will begin to  approach the area on Sunday and winds will turn easterly and then  southerly and rise again ahead of this low through Tuesday.    $$

Seas 2 to 4 feet,  occasionally to 5 feet. Wave Detail: South 4 feet at 7 seconds. A  slight chance of showers until late afternoon.  TONIGHT  Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming northeast 20  knots with gusts up to 25 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 feet.  Wave Detail: South 3 feet at 6 seconds and northeast 2 feet at 3  seconds.  SATURDAY  Northeast winds 20 knots with gusts up to 30 knots,  becoming east 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 feet,  occasionally to 5 feet. Wave Detail: Northeast 3 feet at 4 seconds  and south 3 feet at 6 seconds.  SATURDAY NIGHT  East winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 1 to 2 feet.
