.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND
INLAND WATERS...A frontal system will move across the waters early
this morning. High pressure will build back over the area tonight
and Tuesday with the ridge remaining in place Wednesday into
Thursday. A thermally induced surface trough will build northward
along the coast later Thursday into Friday.
