Combined seas  8 ft with a dominant period of 10 seconds building to 14 ft  in the afternoon. Rain.  TONIGHT  S wind 30 to 35 kt with gusts to 40 kt, easing to  25 to 30 kt after midnight. Combined seas 15 ft dominant period  10 seconds subsiding to 12 ft late. Rain.  THU  S wind 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt, becoming SW in the  afternoon. Wind waves SW 4 ft at 6 seconds. W swell 13 ft at 10  seconds, building to 20 ft at 15 seconds in the afternoon. Rain  in the morning, then showers and a slight chance of tstms in  the afternoon.  THU NIGHT  SW wind 10 to 15 kt.
