Maximum sustained winds are  35 kt with gusts to 45 kt. Harvey will continue W to WNW across  the southern Caribbean and reach near 14.1N 70.9W this evening,  14.4N 74.9W Sun morning, 14.9N 78.7W Sun evening, 15.7N 82.4W Mon  morning, then 17.5N 88.0W Tue morning near the coast of Belize,  moving inland thereafter.  $$
