STRONG NE WINDS WILL  PREVAIL ACROSS THE NW AND N CENTRAL CARIBBEAN THU EVENING THROUGH  LATE SAT NIGHT AS STRONG HIGH PRES SHIFTS SE INTO THE W ATLC.  MODERATE N-NW SWELL WILL DOMINATE SEAS ACROSS TROPICAL N ATLC  WATERS AND NE CARIBBEAN PASSAGES THROUGH THU...AND AGAIN SAT  THROUGH SUN.    $$
