WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE N WATERS WED  NIGHT AHEAD OF THE NEXT COLD FRONT WHICH WILL ENTER THE AREA THU  ...BECOMING DIFFUSE ACROSS THE NE WATERS BY FRI MORNING.
