ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE AFTERNOON.  FRIDAY NIGHT  SOUTHEAST WINDS 8 TO 13 KNOTS. SEAS 3 FEET. ISOLATED  THUNDERSTORMS IN THE EVENING.
