Seas 4 to 7 ft. Light freezing spray  this morning.  TONIGHT  W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. A chance of snow in  the evening, then snow after midnight. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.  WED  N winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming NE in the afternoon. Seas 4 to  6 ft. Rain, snow. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.  WED NIGHT  NW winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 4 to  7 ft. A chance of snow or rain in the evening with vsby 1 to 3 NM.  THU  NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.  THU NIGHT  W winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.
