   ANZ235-230400-  Rhode Island Sound-  1123 AM EDT Fri Sep 22 2017    TROPICAL STORM WARNING IN EFFECT    THIS AFTERNOON  Tropical storm conditions expected. N winds  25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. Seas 7 to 8 ft. Patchy fog.  Showers. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.  TONIGHT  N winds 25 to 30 kt, diminishing to 20 to 25 kt after  midnight. Seas 6 to 7 ft. Areas of fog. Showers likely, mainly in  the evening. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.  SAT  N winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas around  5 ft. Areas of fog in the morning with vsby 1 to 3 NM.  SAT NIGHT  NE winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt,  becoming N 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas around 4 ft.  SUN  NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 4 ft.  SUN NIGHT  NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 5 ft.  MON  NE winds around 5 kt. Seas 5 to 6 ft.  MON NIGHT  E winds around 5 kt. Seas 6 to 7 ft.  TUE  NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 7 ft. A chance of showers  in the afternoon.  TUE NIGHT  NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas around 8 ft. A chance of  showers.    Seas are reported as significant wave height, which is the  average of the highest third of the waves. Individual wave  heights may be more than twice the significant wave height.    $$
