Gusts up to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Swell mainly from  the E with a dominant period of 7 seconds. Areas of fog this  morning. Rain likely with possible tstms and drizzle early this  morning, then a chance of rain late this morning and afternoon.  Vsby 1 NM or less, increasing to 1 to 3 NM early this afternoon.  TONIGHT  NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Swell mainly from  the S with a dominant period of 7 seconds.  MON  NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 3 ft. Swell mainly from  the S with a dominant period of 7 seconds.  MON NIGHT  NW winds around 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Swell  mainly from the E with a dominant period of 7 seconds.  TUE  NW winds around 5 kt, becoming SW in the afternoon. Seas  2 ft or less.  TUE NIGHT  SW winds around 10 kt.
