   GMZ005-221430-  Synopsis for Keys coastal waters from Ocean Reef to Dry Tortugas  447 AM EDT Sun Oct 22 2017    SYNOPSIS  A ridge of high pressure extending from the mid  Atlantic states towards the southeast United States will move to  the northeast today. A cold front will pass through the Florida  Keys late Tuesday night and early Wednesday. Moderate to fresh  breezes behind the front will steadily shift from north Wednesday  to northeast to east Thursday Night.    The Approximate Shoreward Edge of the Gulf Stream current, as of  October 21st,    19 NM South of Dry Tortugas Light...on Loggerhead Key.  6 NM South of Cosgrove Shoal Light...off the Marquesas Keys.  1 NM South of Sand Key Light...off Key West.  4 NM South of Looe Key...off Big Pine Key.  6 NM South of Sombrero Key Light...off Marathon.  5 NM Southeast of Alligator Reef Light...off Islamorada.  5 NM Southeast of Molasses Reef Light...off Key Largo.  5 NM East of Carysfort Reef Light...off Ocean Reef.    Gulf Stream Information Courtesy of the Naval Oceanographic Office.    $$
