   GMZ001-231400-  Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico  959 PM EDT Thu Jun 22 2017      .SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Cindy is well inland over  northwestern Louisiana moving NNE 9 kt. The system is forecast  to weaken to a remnant low on Fri and track over the lower  Mississippi river valley. Winds and seas will slowly subside  over the north-central Gulf through early Friday. High pressure  will build across the northern Gulf in the wake of Cindy through  Tue night.    $$
