   GMZ200-200730-  1247 PM CST Sun Nov 19 2017      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...  Strong north winds this morning will decrease through the  afternoon with small craft advisories in place for the bays and  gulf waters. A weak to moderate east flow will develop by  tonight. A weak onshore flow is expected Monday. Isolated showers  will be possible Monday and Monday night in response to a weak  coastal trough. Weak to moderate onshore flow expected Monday  night and early Tuesday. Moderate north wind will develop Tuesday  night and Wednesday as a surge of surface high pressure moves  across the coastal waters. Additional isolated showers are  anticipated Tuesday night in response to the surge and the  associated upper level disturbance. Weak to moderate offshore flow  and drier conditions Thursday.    $$
   GMZ250-200730-  Coastal waters from Baffin Bay to Port Aransas out 20 NM-  1247 PM CST Sun Nov 19 2017    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON    REST OF TODAY  Northeast wind 20 to 25 knots decreasing to 15  to 20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 feet with occasional  seas up to 9 feet.  TONIGHT  Northeast wind 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to  10 knots after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 feet with occasional seas up  to 6 feet.  MONDAY  East wind 5 to 10 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet. A slight  chance of showers.  MONDAY NIGHT  Southeast wind around 10 knots shifting south  after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 feet. A slight chance of showers.  TUESDAY  Southwest wind around 5 knots shifting southeast in  the afternoon. Seas 2 feet. A slight chance of showers.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Northeast wind 10 to 15 knots becoming north  15 to 20 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 4 feet with occasional  seas up to 5 feet. A slight chance of showers.  WEDNESDAY  North wind 15 to 20 knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet with  occasional seas up to 6 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  North wind 10 to 15 knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet  with occasional seas up to 6 feet.  THURSDAY  North wind 5 to 10 knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet with  occasional seas up to 6 feet subsiding to 2 to 3 feet in the  afternoon.  THURSDAY NIGHT  North wind 5 to 10 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet.    $$
