   GMZ200-230900-  338 PM CDT Fri Sep 22 2017      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...  Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected into  the weekend, with most of the rainfall activity occurring this  weekend during the overnight and morning time frames. Weak to  moderate onshore flow will persist today through next week. Rain  chances will increase by early next week as an upper level  disturbance moves north of the area and frontal boundary sinks  southward across the state.    $$
