Gusts to near gale force  expected in the morning. Bay waters rough. Rain likely until late  afternoon. Light freezing rain and sleet likely in the afternoon.  Snow likely late.  TONIGHT  North winds 15 to 25 knots becoming 15 to 20 knots  after midnight. Bay waters choppy. A chance of snow, light  freezing rain and sleet in the evening, then a slight chance of  light freezing rain, snow and sleet after midnight.  WEDNESDAY  North winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon.
