 SEAS ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE  HIGHEST ONE THIRD OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH THE OCCASIONAL  HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST TEN PERCENT OF THE WAVES.        GMZ400-042215-  SYNOPSIS FOR LOWER ATCHAFALAYA RIVER LA TO HIGH ISLAND TX OUT  60 NM INCLUDING SABINE AND CALCASIEU LAKES AND VERMILION BAY  345 AM CST SUN DEC 4 2016      .SYNOPSIS...  WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO EXPECTED  THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEKEND AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW MOVES SLOWLY  TOWARD THE REGION. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP  ALONG THE SOUTHERN END OF THE SURFACE TROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT AND MOVE  TO THE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE REGION ON MONDAY. SOUTH WINDS WILL  AGAIN INCREASE AHEAD OF THE SURFACE LOW SUNDAY NIGHT AND EARLY  MONDAY...WITH STRONG WEST WINDS BEHIND THE LOW DURING MONDAY INTO  MONDAY NIGHT. A STRONG COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED LATER THIS  WEEK...WITH STRONG AND GUSTY OFFSHORE WINDS ON THURSDAY.    $$
