AN ONSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN BY THE EARLY  TO MIDDLE PART OF NEXT WEEK AS THE HIGH SETTLES EAST OF THE  REGION AND A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.    $$
