 SEAS ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE  HIGHEST ONE THIRD OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH THE OCCASIONAL  HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST TEN PERCENT OF THE WAVES.        GMZ400-061415-  SYNOPSIS FOR LOWER ATCHAFALAYA RIVER LA TO HIGH ISLAND TX OUT  60 NM INCLUDING SABINE AND CALCASIEU LAKES AND VERMILION BAY  830 PM CDT THU MAY 5 2016      .SYNOPSIS...  HIGH PRESSURE WILL PREVAIL FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK WITH  LIGHT TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW. THE SURFACE HIGH WILL BEGIN TO  MOVE OFF TO THE EAST OVER THE WEEKEND...WITH A LIGHT TO MODERATE  ONSHORE FLOW RETURNING. THESE ONSHORE WINDS WILL INCREASE EARLY  NEXT WEEK AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS.    $$
