   GMZ400-200330-  SYNOPSIS FOR LOWER ATCHAFALAYA TO HIGH ISLAND TX OUT 60  NAUTICAL MILES  338 PM CST FRI DEC 19 2014      .SYNOPSIS FOR LOWER ATCHAFALAYA TO HIGH ISLAND TX OUT 60 NM...  RAINS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE NORTHWEST GULF THROUGH TONIGHT AS AN  AREA OF LOW PRESSURE BEGINS TRACKING EASTWARD ACROSS THE WATERS.  AN OFFSHORE FLOW WILL LINGER INTO MONDAY BEFORE TURNING SOUTHERLY  AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS PAST THE REGION. ONSHORE WINDS WILL  STRENGTHEN ON TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE PLAINS  STATES...BEFORE A COLD FRONT SWEEPS ACROSS THE WATERS LATE  TUESDAY. POST-FRONTAL OFFSHORE FLOW WILL QUICKLY BE REPLACED BY A  MORE WESTERLY FLOW FOR LATE IN THE PERIOD AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES  INTO THE WESTERN GULF.    $$
   GMZ450-200330-  COASTAL WATERS FROM CAMERON LA TO HIGH ISLAND TX OUT 20 NM-  338 PM CST FRI DEC 19 2014    SMALL CRAFT EXERCISE CAUTION THROUGH LATE TONIGHT    TONIGHT  NORTH WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS. SEAS 2 TO 4 FEET SUBSIDING  TO 2 TO 3 FEET AFTER MIDNIGHT. A CHANCE OF SHOWERS.  SATURDAY  NORTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS DECREASING TO 10 TO  15 KNOTS IN THE AFTERNOON. SEAS 2 TO 3 FEET SUBSIDING TO 1 TO  2 FEET IN THE AFTERNOON. A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS IN THE  MORNING.  SATURDAY NIGHT  NORTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS. SEAS 1 TO  2 FEET.  SUNDAY  NORTHEAST WINDS 5 TO 10 KNOTS. SEAS 1 TO 2 FEET.  SUNDAY NIGHT  EAST WINDS AROUND 5 KNOTS BECOMING SOUTH AFTER  MIDNIGHT.
