ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS  WILL DEVELOP. LIGHT TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP IN THE  WAKE OF THE COLD FRONT WITH RAIN ENDING FROM NORTH TO SOUTH ON  TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE COASTAL WATERS  WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. LIGHT TO MODERATE NORTHERLY FLOW WILL  CONTINUE THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.    $$
