LOW  WATER CAN BE EXPECTED AROUND LOW TIDES THROUGH THIS EVENING. OVERRUNNING  RAIN MOVES BACK IN ON SUNDAY DUE TO A LOW DEVELOPING IN THE  WESTERN GULF.      $$

SEAS  3 TO 4 FEET. A CHANCE OF RAIN.  TONIGHT  NORTH WINDS 20 TO 30 KNOTS BECOMING NORTHEAST 20 TO  25 KNOTS AFTER MIDNIGHT. SEAS 3 TO 4 FEET.  FRIDAY  NORTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS DECREASING TO 10 TO  15 KNOTS IN THE AFTERNOON. SEAS 2 TO 3 FEET.  FRIDAY NIGHT  NORTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS. SEAS 2 FEET.
