 SEAS ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE  HIGHEST ONE THIRD OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH THE OCCASIONAL  HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST TEN PERCENT OF THE WAVES.        GMZ400-282130-  SYNOPSIS FOR LOWER ATCHAFALAYA RIVER LA TO HIGH ISLAND TX OUT  60 NM INCLUDING SABINE AND CALCASIEU LAKES AND VERMILION BAY  408 AM CDT TUE MAR 28 2017      .SYNOPSIS...  LIGHT TO MODEST SOUTH WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BEGIN STRENGTHENING  TODAY AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM EMERGES EAST OF THE ROCKIES. BRISK  SOUTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE WEDNESDAY AS THIS FEATURE TRACKS  EASTWARD ACROSS THE PLAINS, SUBSEQUENTLY PULLING A FRONTAL  BOUNDARY THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND  EVENING. A BRIEF PERIOD OF OFFSHORE FLOW WILL FOLLOW THE FRONTAL  PASSAGE, WITH SOUTHERLY WINDS RETURNING BY FRIDAY.    $$

SEAS 2 TO 4 FEET.  TONIGHT  SOUTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 25 KNOTS. SEAS 3 TO 5 FEET.  WEDNESDAY  SOUTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS. SEAS 3 TO 5 FEET.  SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN THE MORNING, THEN  CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN THE AFTERNOON.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  SOUTH WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS.
