FRESH NORTHERLY WINDS ARE THE RESULT. IN  ADDITION...TRAVELING COLD AIR SPILLING ACROSS THE WARM GULF  WATERS...IS BRINGING ABOUT AN UNSTABLE MARINE LAYER. THE FRESH  NORTHERLY WINDS WILL BE GUSTY AT TIME. WINDS AND SEAS WILL SLOWLY  SUBSIDE THIS AFTERNOON...AS HIGH PRESSURE TRAVELS EASTWARD.    $$

SEAS 4 TO 6 FEET SUBSIDING TO 2 TO 3  FEET IN THE AFTERNOON.  TONIGHT  NORTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS. SEAS 2 TO 3 FEET.  SUNDAY  EAST WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS.
