 SEAS ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE  HIGHEST ONE THIRD OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH THE OCCASIONAL  HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST TEN PERCENT OF THE WAVES.        GMZ400-201515-  SYNOPSIS FOR LOWER ATCHAFALAYA RIVER LA TO HIGH ISLAND TX OUT  60 NM INCLUDING SABINE AND CALCASIEU LAKES AND VERMILION BAY  844 PM CST SUN FEB 19 2017      .SYNOPSIS...  DENSE FOG WILL REMAIN THROUGH TONIGHT AS A LONG FETCH OF RELATIVE  WARM AND MOIST SOUTHEASTERLIES ADVANCE OVER THE COOLER SHELF  WATERS OF THE NORTHWEST GULF. WIDESPREAD SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM  ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED MONDAY INTO TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE MOVES  EAST THROUGH TEXAS AND INTO THE GULF WATERS. A BRIEF SHOT OF  OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP IN WAKE OF THE LOW... BUT SOUTHERLY  WINDS WILL RETURN BY LATE IN THE PERIOD AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS  PAST THE REGION.    $$
