SOME  STORMS MAY PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AND CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING. A  COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS ON  TUESDAY...ENDING RAIN CHANCES AND BRINGING MODERATE TO STRONG  NORTHERLY FLOW IN ITS WAKE.    $$
