 SEAS ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE  HIGHEST ONE THIRD OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH THE OCCASIONAL  HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST TEN PERCENT OF THE WAVES.        GMZ400-260430-  SYNOPSIS FOR LOWER ATCHAFALAYA RIVER LA TO HIGH ISLAND TX OUT  60 NM INCLUDING SABINE AND CALCASIEU LAKES AND VERMILION BAY  1017 AM CDT SAT MAR 25 2017      .SYNOPSIS...  SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH TODAY AS LOW PRESSURE MOVES  NORTHEAST TOWARD THE MID-MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND DRAGS A WEAK FRONT  INTO THE AREA. THE FRONT WILL STALL BEFORE MOVING INTO THE WATERS,  PRODUCING NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS SOUTHEAST  TEXAS, SOUTHERN LOUISIANA, AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS THIS  MORNING, SLOWLY ENDING FROM WEST TO EAST THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS  WILL SHIFT BACK TO THE SOUTH ON SUNDAY. THE LIGHT TO MODERATE  ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEK WITH WINDS  STRENGTHENING AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY AS ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM  APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.      $$
