HIGH  PRESSURE CENTERED ACROSS THE EASTERN GULF WILL THEN OVERSPREAD THE  AREA TOMORROW AND REMAIN IN CONTROL OF THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH  WEDNESDAY. BY THURSDAY, ANOTHER AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL AFFECT THE  COASTAL WATERS.    $$
