SEAS NEAR 1 FOOT OR LESS.  TONIGHT  SOUTHEAST WINDS 6 TO 9 KNOTS. SEAS NEAR 1 FOOT OR LESS.  THURSDAY  SOUTHEAST WINDS 6 TO 10 KNOTS INCREASING TO 9 TO  11 KNOTS LATE IN THE AFTERNOON.
