 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MARINERS...MARINE FORECASTS ARE ISSUED AT LEAST  FOUR TIMES A DAY. BOATERS ON EXTENDED TRIPS SHOULD ROUTINELY MONITOR  SUBSEQUENT FORECAST ISSUANCES AND UPDATES FOR THE LATEST MARINE  WEATHER INFORMATION.    THE WAVE HEIGHTS ARE FORECAST AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT WHICH  IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST ONE-THIRD OF THE WAVES.  THE HIGHEST WAVES MAY RARELY BE TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.  THE WINDS AND SEAS NEAR THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE HIGHER THAN FORECAST.        GMZ830-302115-  TAMPA BAY WATERS-  1007 AM EDT THU OCT 30 2014    THIS AFTERNOON  NORTHEAST WINDS AROUND 5 KNOTS THEN BECOMING WEST  IN THE AFTERNOON. BAY AND INLAND WATERS SMOOTH. A SLIGHT CHANCE OF  THUNDERSTORMS.  TONIGHT  NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 10 KNOTS. BAY AND INLAND WATERS A  LIGHT CHOP. A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN THE EVENING...THEN A  SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AFTER MIDNIGHT.  FRIDAY  NORTH WINDS AROUND 10 KNOTS. BAY AND INLAND WATERS A LIGHT  CHOP. A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS IN THE MORNING.  FRIDAY NIGHT  NORTHWEST WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS INCREASING TO AROUND  20 KNOTS AFTER MIDNIGHT. BAY AND INLAND WATERS CHOPPY.  SATURDAY  NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 20 KNOTS. BAY AND INLAND WATERS  CHOPPY.  SATURDAY NIGHT  NORTH WINDS AROUND 20 KNOTS DIMINISHING TO 10 TO  15 KNOTS AFTER MIDNIGHT. BAY AND INLAND WATERS CHOPPY.  SUNDAY  NORTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS DIMINISHING TO 5 TO  10 KNOTS IN THE AFTERNOON. BAY AND INLAND WATERS A MODERATE CHOP.  SUNDAY NIGHT  NORTHEAST WINDS AROUND 10 KNOTS. BAY AND INLAND  WATERS A LIGHT CHOP.  MONDAY  NORTHEAST WINDS 5 TO 10 KNOTS INCREASING TO AROUND  15 KNOTS IN THE AFTERNOON. BAY AND INLAND WATERS A MODERATE CHOP.    $$
