COMBINED SEAS 13 TO 15 FT. OCCASIONAL  LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. VISIBILITY 1 NM  OR LESS.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  NORTH TROPICAL STORM FORCE WIND TO 60 KT  VEERING SOUTH AFTER MIDNIGHT. GUSTS UP TO 95 KT. COMBINED SEAS  17 TO 20 FT. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE EVENING. TORRENTIAL  RAIN THROUGH THE NIGHT. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS AFTER MIDNIGHT.  VISIBILITY 1 NM OR LESS.  THURSDAY  SOUTH TROPICAL STORM FORCE WIND TO 50 KT WITH GUSTS  TO 80 KT EASING TO TROPICAL STORM FORCE WIND TO 40 KT WITH GUSTS  TO 55 KT IN THE AFTERNOON. COMBINED SEAS 15 TO 17 FT. NUMEROUS  LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. VISIBILITY 1 NM  OR LESS.  THURSDAY NIGHT  SOUTH TROPICAL STORM FORCE WIND TO 35 KT WITH  GUSTS TO 50 KT.
