NORTH  WIND 10 TO 20 KT BACKING NORTHWEST AND INCREASING TO BETWEEN 25 AND  35 KT WITH GUSTS TO 45 KT IN THE AFTERNOON. COMBINED SEAS BUILDING  TO 20 FT. INCREASING CLOUDS WITH SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED  THUNDERSTORMS AFTER NOON. THE EXACT CONDITIONS WILL DEPEND ON THE  INTENSITY AND TRACK OF TYPHOON MAYSAK.  TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT  TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS  EXPECTED. DAMAGING NORTHWEST WIND BACKING SOUTHWEST TUESDAY EVENING  AND SOUTHEAST BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT. COMBINED SEAS BUILDING TO 20 FT  AND LIKELY HIGHER TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. HEAVY RAIN AND  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS. THE EXACT CONDITIONS WILL DEPEND ON THE  INTENSITY AND TRACK OF TYPHOON MAYSAK.  THURSDAY  SOUTHEAST WIND 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS TO 25 KT. COMBINED  SEAS OF 10 TO 15 FT SUBSIDING TO BETWEEN 8 AND 12 FT FRIDAY. MOSTLY  CLOUDY WITH ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.  FRIDAY AND SATURDAY  SOUTHEAST WIND 10 TO 15 KT BECOMING NORTHEAST  BY SATURDAY. COMBINED SEAS 6 TO 9 FT. MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH ISOLATED  SHOWERS.    $$
