COMBINED SEAS 10 TO 11 FT.  MOSTLY CLOUDY. SCATTERED SHOWERS BECOMING ISOLATED AFTER MIDNIGHT.  ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.  TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT  SOUTHWEST WIND 10 TO 20 KT.
