   PZZ500-180915-  200 PM PDT Fri May 17 2024    .Synopsis for the Central California Coast and Bays Including  the Monterey Bay...Greater Farallones...and Cordell Bank National  Marine Sanctuaries...    Northwesterly winds continue to increase into then night,  especially near the northernmost zones with gale- force gusts  expected in the northern outer waters. Gale- force winds start to  move closer to some of the southern zones into the weekend.  Rougher seas are expected for the outer waters starting this  weekend and lasting well into the next work week.    $$

Wave Detail: NW  8 ft at 10 seconds and SW 2 ft at 18 seconds.  SAT  SE wind 5 to 10 kt, becoming W 15 to 20 kt in the  afternoon. Seas 6 to 8 ft.
