   PZZ500-020515-  235 PM PDT SAT OCT 1 2016      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE CENTRAL CALIFORNIA COAST AND BAYS INCLUDING  THE MONTEREY BAY...GREATER FARALLONES...AND CORDELL BANK  NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARIES...    WEAK SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL WEAKEN WINDS ACROSS THE  COASTAL WATERS ON SUNDAY. ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE ALONG THE BIG SUR  COAST...WHERE WINDS WILL STILL BE GUSTY THROUGH AT LEAST MONDAY  MORNING. AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN  CALIFORNIA SUNDAY...BRINGING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND  THUNDERSTORMS MAINLY TO THE NORTHERN COASTAL WATERS ON SUNDAY  AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A SECONDARY WAVE OF ENERGY WILL BRING  ANOTHER CHANCE OF SHOWERS FOR ALL COASTAL WATER ZONES MONDAY  AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. A SMALL MIXED SWELL WITH A LONG  PERIOD SOUTHERLY SWELL WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE PERIOD.    $$
