THE STRONGEST WINDS  WILL BE THROUGH THE NORTH SAN FRANCISCO BAY... OFF OF THE SONOMA  COASTLINE... AND ALONG THE BIG SUR COASTLINE WITH BORDERLINE SMALL  CRAFT CRITERIA WINDS POSSIBLE. PREDOMINATELY GENTLE SEAS THROUGH THE  PERIOD.    $$
