A MODERATE SHORT  PERIOD NORTHWEST SWELL WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS AS A  LONGER PERIOD SOUTHERLY SWELL GRADUALLY BUILDS THROUGH MIDWEEK.    $$
