   PZZ500-010930-  219 PM PDT TUE MAR 31 2015      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE CENTRAL CALIFORNIA COAST AND BAYS INCLUDING  MONTEREY BAY NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARIES...    GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS WILL PERSIST THROUGH MUCH OF THE FORECAST AS  HIGH PRESSURE STRENGTHENS OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC. LOCAL GALE  FORCE GUSTS TO 40 KT WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY SOUTH OF POINT  SUR NEAR THE COAST. A LONG PERIOD SOUTHERLY SWELL WILL CONTINUE TO  IMPACT THE COASTAL WATERS PRODUCING MIXED SEAS. THE STRONG WINDS  AND MIXED SWELL WILL LEAD TO HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS ALONG THE  CENTRAL COAST.    $$
