   PZZ899-201645-  837 PM PDT Tue Sep 19 2017      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will  expand east into the area tonight, then move south Wed as a cold  front passes across the northern waters. The front will cross the  central and southern waters Wed and Wed night, then move south of  the area Thu. A low pressure trough will develop along the coast  Fri through Sun night while high pressure builds to the NW of the  area.    $$
