INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE  MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.        PZZ899-241045-  303 PM PDT TUE MAY 23 2017      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A LOW PRES TROUGH NEAR THE  COAST WILL WEAKEN AND SLOWLY MOVE OFF THE CENTRAL COAST TONIGHT.  A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE NRN WATERS TONIGHT. STRONG  HIGH PRES WILL BUILD TOWARDS THE REGION TONIGHT THROUGH WED  NIGHT...AS LOW PRES DEVELOPS ALONG THE NORTHERN COAST. THE RIDGE  WILL WEAKEN AND SHIFT N THU THROUGH FRI NIGHT...AS HIGH PRESSURE  PERSISTS WEST OF THE REGION SAT INTO SUN NIGHT.    $$
