STRONG  HIGH PRES WILL BUILD TOWARDS THE REGION TONIGHT THROUGH WED  NIGHT...AS LOW PRES DEVELOPS ALONG THE NORTHERN COAST. THE RIDGE  WILL WEAKEN AND SHIFT N THU THROUGH FRI NIGHT...AS HIGH PRESSURE  PERSISTS WEST OF THE REGION SAT INTO SUN NIGHT.    $$
