INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE  MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.        PZZ899-221100-  210 PM PST TUE FEB 21 2017      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...WEAKENING LOW PRES WILL  APPROACH THE AREA TONIGHT...AND WILL DISSIPATE W OF THE AREA  WED. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD SE TOWARDS THE AREA WED NIGHT THROUGH  THU NIGHT...O JUST W OF THE SOUTHERN WATERS FRI AND FRI NIGHT.  THE HIGH WILL MOVE S OF THE REGION SAT AND SAT NIGHT. A WEAK LOW  CENTER WILL MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL WATERS SAT WHILE BECOMING  ABSORBED INTO A FRONTAL BOUNDARY. A STRONG LOW WILL APPROACH THE  CENTRAL WATERS SAT NIGHT...THEN TRACK E ACROSS THE REGION SUN  BEFORE MOVING INLAND SUN NIGHT.    $$
