...AREAS OF DENSE FOG OVER THE WATERS...

Areas of dense fog with visibility of less than one nautical mile
will occur over portions of the Maryland Chesapeake Bay from north
of Pooles Island to North Beach, including the Baltimore Harbor
and Chester River through 8 am this morning. Local visibility
down to one quarter nautical mile is possible.

Mariners navigating the waters should exercise caution and follow
the US Coast Guard Rule of Conduct of vessels in restricted
visibility.
