  Chester River to Queenstown MD, Eastern Bay, Choptank River to
  Cambridge MD and the Little Choptank River, and Tangier Sound
  and the inland waters surrounding Bloodsworth Island.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 5 PM EDT Thursday.

Tangier Sound and the inland waters surrounding Bloodsworth Island...
Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA...

At 508 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Honga River to Point No Point to Yeocomico River,
moving east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Observed wind.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.
